Kaizen International

Our place is located at X3512-B in Raghuvar Pura No 2, right on the main road in Gandhinagar. It is a really crowded spot because of all the shops and people moving around all day. If you are looking for Kaizen International, you just have to find the building on the main road, which is usually surrounded by parked bikes and carts. The morning starts with the sound of shutters opening up and down the street. We usually arrive and start sweeping the front area because the dust from the road gets everywhere overnight. It is a bit cramped inside since we have a lot of stuff stored away, but we manage to find space for everyone to sit and work. There is always noise coming from outside, mostly horns honking and people shouting to each other, so it is never really quiet here. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day, usually ordered from the guy who has a small stall just a few doors down. He knows our order by now. The afternoon sun really hits the front of the shop, so we have to pull the shades down to keep it cool enough to think. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait for it to come back on so we can finish our tasks. It is not a glamorous job, but we are here every day from Monday to Saturday, making sure everything is handled the way it should be.
