Kairs Tours and Travels is located on the third floor of the Royal Matching Center building in the Shakarpur main market. It is a very busy spot in New Delhi, especially in the evenings when the market is full of shoppers. We have been here for a while now, tucked away above the shops. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the incense the shop downstairs burns. We have a lot of travel posters on the walls to cover up some of the marks. It’s a lively place to work because you can always hear the sounds of the market below. We spend our days looking for good deals and helping people book their train and bus tickets. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and checking schedules. We don't have any fancy technology, just a couple of reliable computers and a printer that jams occasionally. The staff here are all local and we know the area like the back of our hands. If you are coming to visit us, just look for the Royal Matching Center and head up the stairs to the third floor. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. It’s just a normal travel office where we try to be helpful and get people where they need to go without any big fuss. We’ve been part of this market for years and we like the energy of it.
