Our office is at A-12 in Sector-36 of Noida. This is where Kairali Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is based. Sector-36 is a fairly organized part of Noida, with wide roads and a bit more space than some of the other sectors. Our building is a standard size, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of brochures about the resorts. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to people who want to take a break or go on a holiday. It can get a bit hectic during the peak seasons, but we just take it one call at a time. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional place where we do our administrative work and planning. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where we gather for a few minutes to talk about things other than work. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can keep the windows open sometimes if the weather is nice, though the Noida dust can be a bit much. We don’t really do big marketing campaigns from here; we just focus on the people who already know us and the new ones who find our address. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We show up, do what needs to be done for the resorts, and then close up for the day and go home.
