We are located at 200 Tilak Khand in the Giri Nagar area of Kalka Ji. This isn't where the trees and the quiet resort are; this is the city office where the real work happens. It’s a busy spot, and the building is quite old. We handle the bookings and the distribution of our ayurvedic products from here. The rooms are filled with the scent of various oils and herbs, which is quite nice actually. We have a lot of wooden shelves packed with boxes and papers. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know where you’re going. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we’re more like a family than coworkers. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes in, they usually just pull up a chair next to one of our desks. Kalka Ji is a loud neighborhood, especially with the temple nearby, but we’ve grown used to the noise. Sometimes the delivery trucks have trouble finding the exact lane, so we spend time standing on the corner waving them down. It’s just part of the job. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just make sure the business runs smoothly and everyone gets what they need. It’s practical, everyday work in a crowded corner of Delhi.
