Kairali Ayurvedic Centre

Our center is located right on the border area between New Delhi and Haryana. We focus on traditional Ayurvedic ways here at Kairali Ayurvedic Centre. It’s a place where we keep a lot of oils and herbs. The smell of sandalwood and neem is usually hanging in the air. We aren't one of those modern, clinical places. It feels more like a home where people come to feel a bit better. The 110030 area is where we've set up shop. We have a few rooms for the treatments and a small area where we sit and talk to people about their health. It’s a simple setup, really. We use old methods that have been around for a long time. My family has been interested in these traditions for years, so it felt right to open this place. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, but people don't seem to mind the wait too much. We try to keep things quiet and peaceful, even with the city noise just outside. It’s not about being fancy or having the newest gadgets. We just use what works, like the different oils and the massages. People from all over the neighborhood come by. We spend a lot of time preparing the mixtures and making sure we have enough supplies coming in from the local markets. It’s a steady pace of work here in New Delhi. We just want people to leave feeling a little lighter than when they walked in.
