You can find Kafila Travel over in Baljeet Nagar, which is part of the West Patel Nagar area in New Delhi. We’re located at T609. It’s a bit of a climb to get to us but we don’t mind the exercise. We’ve been helping people with their travel plans for a while now. This started because we knew a lot about trains and flights and wanted to help people out. It’s a small office, mostly just filled with maps and old ticket stubs. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months but the fan keeps us going. We spend most of our time on the phone trying to find the best routes for people. It’s not always easy when everything is booked up. We’ve had all sorts of people walk through our door looking for a way to get home or go on a holiday. We just do our best to figure it out for them. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes with the noise from the street coming in through the window. Patel Nagar is always full of life. We don’t have any fancy brochures. We just talk to people and write things down on paper. It’s a local business and we like it that way. We know most of the people who live around here. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop but we just handle one caller at a time.
