Kafila Tours & Travels

Kafila Tours & Travels is located at E-4/235 in Nehru Vihar, Dayalpur. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good bit now. It’s a regular residential-style building where we’ve set up our office space. It’s not a big company headquarters, just a few of us trying to help people get where they need to go. We have a lot of brochures and old itineraries stacked up on the shelves. The room is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or talking on the phone. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a few pictures of places people like to visit. The air in Nehru Vihar can be a bit heavy sometimes, but we keep the fans going. Most of us grew up around here or live nearby, so we know the area well. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons dealing with paperwork. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where we usually get our fix in the morning. Sometimes customers come by to pick up their tickets in person. We just sit at our desks and try to find the best routes for them. It’s a quiet, practical office. We don't use much jargon or anything like that. We just talk like regular people and do the work that needs doing. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
