Kafila Tour& Travel

We are located in Hari Nager Ext. in Delhi. Kafila Tour & Travel is just a small outfit, really. We’ve been working out of this area for a while and most people around here know us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our stuff and meet with people. Being in Delhi, there is always noise and something going on outside our door. We deal with tours and travel stuff all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when everyone wants to go on vacation at the same time. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a couple of us handling the phones and trying to get the details right. We’ve had some good years and some slow ones, but we are still here in Hari Nager Ext. People often stop by just to chat or get some advice on where to go. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have those fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. Just desks that have seen better days and a lot of paper stacked up everywhere. That’s how we like it, though. It feels more real that way. We are just a local travel office trying to do right by the folks who come to see us every day. We just take it one day at a time.
