Kafila Tour & Travels ,Karol Bagh

Kafila Tour & Travels is based over in New Delhi, specifically at 1/125 Dakshin Puri Ext. Even though we’re often associated with the Karol Bagh side of things, our main spot is here in the 110062 area. We’ve been working in the travel industry for quite some time now. Our office is a straightforward place. We have our computers, a few desks, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up on the walls. It’s not a place meant for showing off. It’s a place meant for working out how to get people where they need to go without too much trouble. We spend a lot of our time on the phone, talking to drivers and checking on hotel bookings. It’s a lot of small details that you have to keep track of, otherwise everything falls apart. Some days are really quiet, and we just sit around drinking tea and catching up on paperwork. Other days, it’s a bit of a madhouse with everyone talking at once. We don't use any fancy systems or corporate jargon. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. If a trip isn't going to work out, we just say so and look for another way. We’ve lived and worked in New Delhi long enough to know how to navigate the local chaos. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we’ve managed to keep things going at Dakshin Puri Ext for years and years.
