You can find us at C-2/46 in Aya Nagar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we are right on the edge of New Delhi and Haryana. We started this restaurant because we wanted a place where people could just come and eat without any drama. The kitchen is the heart of the place and it’s always busy. You can usually hear the pans clanking and the chefs talking from the seating area. We don't have those fancy menus with pictures or expensive decorations. It’s just simple tables, good lighting, and the smell of whatever we are cooking that day. The neighborhood of Aya Nagar is quite dusty and the roads can be a bit bumpy, but people still find their way to us. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, so we all know how things work. Sometimes the delivery bikes out front make a lot of noise, and the floor has a few scuffs from all the foot traffic. We don’t do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the area. We just focus on making sure the food is hot and ready when someone walks in. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we enjoy the routine of it. There’s always something to clean or a supply list to write out. It’s just a regular local eatery.
