K Mart Tours (P) Ltd.

Our office is over at Waria S 285/A in Chattarpur, New Delhi 110070. K Mart Tours has been running from this location for quite some time now. Chattarpur is a bit of a spread-out area, so we have a decent amount of space here. We deal with all the tour bookings and travel arrangements right from this desk. It’s not a very fancy office. We have some maps on the wall and a few calendars to keep track of everything. The street outside can get a bit dusty, and the traffic around the main Chattarpur road is usually a mess, but our spot is a bit tucked away. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people about their trips. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timings work out. We don’t have a big team, just a few people who know the travel business well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the peak season hits, but we manage. We don’t really use any big corporate language here. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There’s always someone drinking tea and looking over some travel documents. We like the area because it’s got its own character. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving and helping people get where they need to go without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
