We are located in New Delhi, specifically in the 110045 area. The address says "For Communication" which basically means this is where the letters go and where we handle the back-end side of things. It’s not the actual place where people sit down to eat, which sometimes confuses folks who show up looking for a bucket of chicken. We spend most of our time here dealing with the logistics and the boring stuff that keeps a restaurant brand running. The office is in a part of Delhi that is always moving. You can hear the traffic from the main road all day long. It’s a lot of phone calls and typing on keyboards here. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee because the stuff from the machine isn't great. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really has the time to worry about that right now. We are more focused on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the mail arrives late and we have to sort through piles of envelopes. It’s just regular people working hard in a regular Delhi office. We don't have any big flashy signs outside. It’s a practical setup for a busy city. Most of us take the metro to get here since the 110045 area is pretty well connected with the rest of the city.
