Jyoti Travel

Jyoti Travel is located at C-31 in the Tigri Extension area. We are right near Batra Hospital, which makes us easy to find if you are in that part of New Delhi 62. It’s a small office, mostly filled with computers, stacks of brochures, and some old chairs for people to sit while they wait. We handle a lot of different travel requests, from bus tickets to longer trips. It’s often loud outside with the traffic from the main road near the hospital. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around drinking tea, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We are just a few people trying to help neighbors and locals get where they need to go. We don't have any fancy booking systems that never fail; sometimes we have to call around to get things sorted. The neighborhood is busy, and we are right in the middle of it. We know most of the regular shopkeepers around here. It isn't a high-end agency, just a local travel desk where you can talk to a real person. We try to keep things simple. If there’s a delay or a problem with a booking, we just tell it like it is and try to fix it. That's how we've always done things here in Tigri Extension, and we plan to stay right here for now.
