This is about the Jwahr Institute Of Mountainring from Pahalgaon, but we have our contact point here with Parveen Malik at 1434, Outram Lane. That is in Mukherjee Nagar, North Delhi. We also have a connection over at Kurukshetra University in Kurukshetra. It’s a bit of a spread-out arrangement, honestly. Mountaineering is the main thing, though we handle a lot of the coordination and paperwork from this side. Mukherjee Nagar is a busy place, full of students and books, so our little office fits right in with the chaos. We aren't always in the mountains, even though that’s what the name says. A lot of our time is spent right here at the desk, talking to people who want to go climbing or learn how to survive in the cold. We don't have a fancy website or a huge team of people in suits. It’s just us trying to keep things organized between Delhi and the peaks. Sometimes the mail goes to the wrong address because of how we are listed, but we usually sort it out. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when the trekking season starts. We just do our best to help people find their way to the institute. It’s a simple setup, mostly just some files and a few of us working together to keep the mountaineering spirit alive. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining the courses to parents and students who visit us here on Outram Lane.
