So this is the J.W Miraj Restaurent In Rohini Delhi.As Sr.Steward. Even though the name talks about Rohini, our actual spot where we handle things is at H.No-A/215, Room No-6, in Jnu-67, Munirka. It is a bit of a weird setup but that is just how it ended up. Munirka is a tight area in New Delhi with lots of narrow lanes and people everywhere. Our room here is small and we mostly use it for the paperwork side of the restaurant business. Being a steward means you are always on your feet, so when we are here, we are usually just taking a break or catching up on notes. The 110067 area has a lot of energy because of the university nearby. You see students and workers walking by all the time. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. It is just a room with a fan and some ledgers. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, and the noise from the street comes right through the windows. We deal with the restaurant side of things in Rohini but this is where the base is. It is honest work and we do not try to pretend it is anything else. We have been doing this for a while now and we just take it one day at a time. It is a simple life working in the food service world around Delhi. We just keep moving and do the work.
