Justfares.Com is located at 240, New Layalpur, in the Som Bazar area of Krishana Nagar. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood with a lot of activity. Even though the name sounds like a big website, we are just a team working out of this office. We spend most of our time looking at fare prices on our screens. The Som Bazar can get really crowded, especially on market days when the streets are packed. Our office is a bit of a refuge from the chaos outside. We have a few desks and a lot of wires running everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We talk to people all day about their travel plans and ticket costs. Sometimes the prices change while we are on the phone and we have to explain that. We do not use any scripts or corporate talk. We just tell people the numbers we see. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It helps pass the time when we are doing data entry or filing. We are just regular people trying to help other people find a decent price for their trips. We do not have a big marketing budget. It is just us here in Krishana Nagar doing our thing.
