We are over in Najafgarh, specifically on Old Khaira Road in the Gopal Nagar area. The office is at Rz-92. It is a bit of a trek from the center of Delhi, but it is where we are located. We spend most of our time looking at computer screens and talking on the phone about travel stuff and tickets. The area is quite busy with traffic and local markets nearby. Sometimes the internet goes down and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can actually work again. It is a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have been in Najafgarh for a long time. People around here know the Gopal Nagar area well. We started out small and we are still here doing our thing every day. The office can get a bit hot in the summer because the building is old and the sun hits it. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. We handle a lot of different things related to fares and trips. It is a lot of data entry and checking numbers over and over. Most of us have been working together for a while now so we get along fine. It is a regular job. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big lobby. Just a door and some desks where the work happens.
