We run things out of a DDA flat in Madangir, specifically 6/101. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze with the computers and the desks all jammed in there, but we make it work. Most days are spent on the phone or clicking through screens to find flight options that actually make sense for people. It gets loud when three of us are talking to customers at the same time. The area around the flat is always packed with people and rickshaws, so there’s always some background noise coming through the window. We started this because we knew how annoying it is to deal with travel sites that don't make sense. We don't have a reception desk or a shiny lobby. It’s just a regular living room turned into a workspace. There’s usually a stack of printed tickets sitting near the printer and someone is always looking for a stapler. We eat lunch at our desks mostly, unless someone goes out to grab samosas from the corner shop. It’s a simple setup. We don't wear suits or follow some strict corporate handbook. If the phones are ringing, we answer them. If a site is down, we complain until it’s fixed. We’ve been in this New Delhi spot for a bit now and the neighbors know us as the guys who stay up late working on travel bookings. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood, trying to keep things moving.
