Our base is in Mangla Apartments, specifically B 3/8, in the I P Extension area of Patpat Ganj. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is quite different from a typical commercial building. We have converted part of the space into our office. It’s 110092, and the area is usually packed with cars and people. We spend the entire day on our laptops looking at airfares. That is why we called the place Justfares. It is a small team of us sitting around a large table. We have a few plants on the balcony that we try to water every morning. The office doesn't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to call us to find the exact door. We handle everything online mostly, but this is where all the thinking and booking happens. The kitchen is always stocked with tea bags and biscuits. We have a lot of folders stacked on the floor because the shelves are already full. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for us. We hear the sounds of the apartment complex all day, like people moving around or music playing. It feels more like working from home than a real office. We don't have any corporate rules. We just focus on finding the right flights and making sure the tickets are issued on time. It is a simple, honest setup in East Delhi.
