Our office for Justfares.Com is located at C - 242 on the ground floor in Pandav Nagar. If you know New Delhi at all, you know this area is always moving and there is always something happening on the streets. We set up here because it felt like a good spot to handle the travel side of things. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people in suits. Instead, it’s just a few of us sitting at desks dealing with tickets and travel plans all day long. The ground floor location makes it easy for us to get in and out, though the parking around Pandav Nagar can be a real headache sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at screens trying to figure out the best routes for people who need to get somewhere. There is no magic to it, just a lot of checking and re-checking details so nobody gets stuck at an airport. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit messy to an outsider, but it works for us. The walls are a bit plain and we keep our files in simple cabinets. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help with fares and travel because that’s the business we started. It's a practical job and we take it one day at a time.
