We are located on the second floor of C-79 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase I. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our office is where we handle all the online travel bookings for the website. It is a lot of computer work and people wearing headsets to talk to customers. The space is pretty functional, with long rows of desks and wires everywhere. Okhla is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the traffic and the trucks, but it is a central spot for a business like ours. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been in the travel game for years. The atmosphere is usually a bit hurried because travel prices change so fast and people want their tickets right away. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just need good computers and a fast internet connection to keep things running. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles during the peak of summer, but we just keep going. We are focused on the technical side of travel, making sure the fares are right and the bookings go through without any glitches. It’s a busy, noisy office, but we get the job done every day. We usually grab lunch from the local vendors nearby who set up shop on the sidewalk during the afternoon break.
