Jupiter Travels

Our shop is at G-196 on the ground floor in Vikas Puri. You can't miss us if you are walking by the main path. We have got some old posters of places we have never actually been to on the walls. Mostly, we are just here in New Delhi booking tickets for people who want to go somewhere. The phone rings a lot, usually someone asking about train times or a cheap flight to see their relatives in another city. We have a small desk and a couple of computers that are getting a bit old and dusty now. It is a simple setup. Vikas Puri is a nice neighborhood, and we get a lot of walk-ins from the nearby houses. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just us handling the bookings and trying to make sure the dates are right for everyone. Sometimes a customer comes in and stays for an hour just to talk while we find them a seat on a bus. It is a bit slow-paced in the mornings, but by the afternoon, things usually pick up. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel lately, but they still need someone to print out their tickets and double-check the timings for them. We do not do anything fancy, just travel arrangements. If the booking system is down, we just wait it out and drink some chai. It is a straightforward business.
