Jumeirah Branded Restaurants (The Noodlehouse)

Our office is on the second floor of House 109 in Malviya Nagar. It’s a lively part of South Delhi, and there’s always something happening on the street below. We handle the behind-the-scenes work for The Noodlehouse and the other restaurant brands. It’s not a kitchen, though sometimes it smells like one because of the food joints nearby. We spend our time looking at menus, checking invoices, and making sure the supplies are going where they should. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we’re carrying boxes of records up. Inside, the space is filled with papers, sample menus, and a couple of computers that get a lot of use. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the files we have to keep. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find someone at a desk. We’re a small team, and we usually just shout questions to each other across the room instead of sending emails. It’s a practical way to work in a fast-paced business like food. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes the sheer amount of paperwork gets a bit overwhelming. Still, we like being in Malviya Nagar because everything we need is right within walking distance. It's just a regular office day for us, every day of the week.
