Jumbo Tourism

Jumbo Tourism is located on the first floor of WZ 1680 in Rani Bagh. New Delhi is a huge place, but we’ve found our spot here in this busy market area. The office is right above some shops. You have to walk up the narrow stairs to get to us. It’s always noisy outside with the traffic and the people shopping in Rani Bagh. We’ve got a couple of desks and some old maps on the walls. It isn't a big fancy travel agency with brochures everywhere. We just handle the bookings and talk to people who come by. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be a pain when we’re trying to check prices. But we manage. We’ve been here for a while, so we know the local rhythm. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting here answering phones. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. It's a tight space but it works for what we do. Rani Bagh is a lively place to work. There's always something going on downstairs. We try to keep things simple. No complicated systems or corporate jargon. Just plain talk. We get here early and stay late if someone needs help with their plans. It’s a regular job for us. We just like being part of the local community here in Delhi. That's how we run things.
