We are located in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, at B-220. It’s a typical industrial building in a very busy part of the city. We deal with machinery, mostly for the garment and textile industry. If you walk into our space, you’ll see rows of machines and parts everywhere. It’s not a shiny corporate office, even though we are part of a larger group. Here on the ground, it’s about fixing things and making sure the machines are ready for the factories. We have a lot of technicians coming and going. The Okhla area is always loud and full of movement, and our shop is no different. We spend most of our time answering calls from factory owners who need a part or a new machine. It’s practical work. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures lying around. We’d rather just show someone how the machine works. The staff here has a lot of experience with the equipment. We’ve been at this B-220 spot for quite some time now. Some days are stressful when there’s a backlog of repairs, but we just take it one machine at a time. It’s a reliable business. We know our customers by name and they know they can just drop by if they have a problem. That’s how we like to run things—simple and direct. The Okhla Industrial Area can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise and the narrow lanes, but we've found our rhythm here.
