We operate out of our offices in Delhi and Gurgaon. Jsp has been around these parts for a while now. We don't have one single big building; we’re spread out between the two cities. It keeps us busy moving back and forth. The Delhi side is always hectic, and Gurgaon isn't much quieter these days. We just have regular office spaces where we sit and do our work. There isn't anything special about the rooms or the desks. We just need a place to put our computers and phones. Most of the people who work here live somewhere in between the two locations. We spend a lot of time on the road or on calls. It’s just the way it is when you’ve got two spots to manage. We don't bother with fancy descriptions or anything like that. We just tell people we’re in Delhi and Gurgaon and leave it at that. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Sometimes we’re in one office, sometimes the other. It depends on what needs to be finished that day. We don't have any grand ideas about it. It’s just a job. We get through the tasks and try to keep things organized across both locations. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes, but we manage to get it all done eventually. We’ve gotten used to the commute and the constant switching. It’s just how we do things here at Jsp.
