Joy Travels

Our place is at Number 8, Parlimament Street. Being in Connaught Place means we are right where the action is. The office is small and filled with the sound of ringing phones. We have been here at this address for quite a while. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs squeak when you sit down. We don't mind it much. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing who needs help with their travel plans. It is a lot of typing and looking at schedules. We have a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead tubes. There is always a stack of files on the main table. We try to keep things simple. People come in, they tell us where they need to go, and we see what we can find for them. There is no big mystery to it. We take our breaks when we can, usually heading out to grab a quick snack from the vendors on the street. Parlimament Street is always busy with cars and people going to their offices. We are just one small part of that. We keep our paperwork in metal cabinets that have been here since we started. It’s a functional space. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’re too busy with the work itself. We focus on the everyday details of getting people from one place to another. That is enough to keep us busy from morning until evening.
