We’ve been over here at B-3 123/124 in Guru Ram Das Nagar for a while now. Laxmi Nagar is always busy, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes at Joy Travels Pvt Ltd. Most days, it's just about getting through the bookings and making sure people actually get their tickets on time. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we manage. People come in asking about trains or flights, and we just do what we can to sort it out. It isn’t some fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and work. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer jams, which is annoying, but that’s just how it goes. My desk is usually covered in papers and old registers because we still like to keep things written down sometimes. It’s better than relying only on the computer. We know the neighbors pretty well. There’s a tea stall nearby that we visit way too often. Delhi heat can be a lot, especially in this part of town, so the AC in the office is a lifesaver. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure if you come to us, you leave with what you needed. It’s pretty straightforward. We open up in the morning, deal with whoever walks through the door, and try to finish everything before it gets too late. That’s about it for us.
