We are based over at number 1503 in Lane 3 of Wazir Nagar. It is part of the Kotla Mubarakpur area, which is right next to South Extension 1. It is a busy and somewhat cramped part of Delhi where there is always something going on in the streets. Our office is just a regular building situated in one of those narrow side lanes. If you are thinking of coming by car, it is usually hard to find a parking spot, so we often tell people to just take the metro. We have been here for many years now, and we have seen this whole neighborhood change quite a lot. Inside the office, things are kept pretty basic. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they still work fine for us. We are not interested in having a shiny, modern glass office. We would much rather just focus on the actual work we have to do. There are usually about six of us here on a typical day. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of our time on the phone or typing on our keyboards. It can be a noisy place because of the traffic honking outside, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have any big mission statements. We just come in and do our jobs.
