Our office for Journeymart.Com is located at 348 on the first floor in Prakash Mohalla. It’s right in East Of Kailash, New Delhi-110065., which is a place that never really sleeps. Being on the first floor means we get to see everyone walking by on the street below. The stairs are a bit steep and the building is older, but it works for us. Inside, it's mostly just a bunch of desks and people wearing headsets. We spend a lot of time on the internet trying to figure out travel routes and hotel availability. It’s not a glamorous job. We deal with a lot of emails and people asking the same questions over and over. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit there and wait for the generator to kick in. We aren't some big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people who know a lot about traveling. We’ve got maps pinned to the walls and some plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is full of small businesses just like ours. We don't have any fancy brochures to hand out, we just talk to people and try to help them out with their trips. It’s just what we do from morning until evening every single day.
