Journey Masters

Down in Jamia Nagar, Okhla, at 264/1, you’ll find our office for Journey Masters. It’s a busy area with a lot of energy, and we’ve been part of it for a good while. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with enough space for our desks and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. We deal with all sorts of travel plans, mostly just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets pretty loud outside with the bikes and the local markets, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons making calls to confirm bookings. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. There are usually a few half-empty chai glasses on the table by mid-afternoon. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousins told them to come here. We try to keep things simple. If a train is full, we tell you it’s full and look for something else. We don’t like to overcomplicate the process. Working in Okhla means you see all kinds of people, and that keeps the job interesting. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
