Our office is located at B-177 in Brijvihar, which is right by the post office in Chandarnagar. We operate out of Shri O.P. Gupta’s place. It is a quiet residential area in Ghaziabad but we stay quite busy with travel arrangements. We have been doing this for some time now, mostly helping people plan their trips and get their tickets sorted. It is not a big corporate setup. It is more of a local operation where we know a lot of our clients by their first names. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic but our little corner in Brijvihar is usually calm. We spend most of the morning on the computer checking routes and prices. Sometimes people just drop by to ask questions about where they should go for their next holiday. We try to give them straight answers based on what we know. It is just a few of us here making sure everything runs smoothly for the travelers. We don't use fancy systems, just a lot of lists and phone calls to get things done. Being near the Chandarnagar post office makes it easy for people to find us. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years but we are still here in the same spot. It is good to be a part of the local community while helping folks see other parts of the world. We focus on the details so things go right and people get where they need to be.
