We are out in Nihal Vihar, which is part of the Nangloi area. Our specific address is Rzf-80/2. It is a bit of a dusty part of New Delhi-110041, but it is where we have our base. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when it rains and the mud builds up. Our office is a simple one. We don't have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It is just desks, chairs, and a lot of paperwork related to property and land. We spend a lot of time talking to local people and checking on different sites. The fans in the office are old and make a clicking sound as they spin. We usually have the door open to get some air, even though the noise from the street comes in. There are a lot of small shops and workshops around us. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner quite well. Working in Nangloi means you have to be practical. Things don't always go perfectly, and you just have to deal with what comes up. We keep a ledger of everything because the computers aren't always reliable. Most of us live in the nearby colonies, so we walk or take a rickshaw to get here. It is a very local way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate look. We just do the work that needs to be done.
