Jones Lang Lasalle

Jones Lang Lasalle is set up at 2510, Kamla-Nagar in New-Delhi. This is a very famous part of the city, especially with the University nearby, so the energy is always high. Our office is right in the middle of all that shopping and student life. It is a bit of an older building, but it serves us well. We deal with property and space, which is funny because we are squeezed into a pretty tight spot ourselves. The streets are always full of people looking for deals, and we are just another door in that long row of businesses. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with papers and some maps of the city. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. It gets quite loud during the festival seasons because the market is so popular. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a very grounded way to work in real estate. We see the city changing right outside our window every day. There isn't much room for corporate talk here; we just deal with the reality of the market. It’s a busy, cramped, and lively place to spend the day. We like being where the action is. Sometimes the noise from the street vendors makes it hard to hear on the phone, but that is just part of being here.
