If you find yourself in Vishwas Nagar near Patel Gali, you'll see our little shop tucked into 10/17 C. It's not a very large space, just enough for a counter and some stools for customers to wait. We've been doing mobile recharges and fixing broken screens for the local crowd in Shahdara for years now. The street outside is always crowded with bikes and people walking by, so it gets pretty loud. Inside, it's mostly the sound of the soldering iron or someone complaining about their battery life. We don't have those fancy glass displays like the big malls. Most of our stock is kept in drawers where we can find it quickly. I handle most of the repairs myself while my assistant talks to the people waiting. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of living in this part of town. We try to be fair with what we charge because everyone around here knows each other. It's a simple business. We fix what's broken and sell some accessories when people need them. I've tried to keep the place organized, but with so many small screws and parts, it's always a bit of a mess. It gets cramped when three or four people are inside at once, but we manage. You won't find any slick sales talk here, just plain answers about whether your phone can be saved.
