Johnson Controls India is over in East Delhi at I.P. Extension. Our address is A-6, Oxford Apartment, 11, and the pin code is 110092. Being in an apartment complex like Oxford Apartment means it feels more like a community than a cold office building. We have neighbors who are families, and then there’s us working away. It’s a bit different from the usual office setup, but it works for what we do. We have some rooms set up with desks and all the usual office gear. The area is quite packed, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We spend our days mostly on the computer or talking to people. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy front desk with a receptionist. We just answer the door ourselves. It’s a very informal environment. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We’ve been here for a while and we’re quite happy with the setup. It’s honest work and we don't try to dress it up as something more than it is. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive.
