I run things from Flat No. 3056 over in Section 4C, Vasundhara. It is a residential area in Ghaziabad, so it's a bit more relaxed than a big office building. My name is Amit Mishra, and I spend most of my time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. Finding work for others is what happens here every day. It's not always easy because the job market can be tough to figure out. I started doing this because I knew a lot of people looking for a decent paycheck. The flat serves as the office where I meet folks who are looking for a change or their first job. It’s a small setup, just a desk, a computer, and some files. I don't use any big fancy systems, just honest conversations about what a person can actually do. Sometimes people come by quite stressed about their future, and I just try to find something that fits their skills. Ghaziabad is a big place with lots of companies, so there is usually something available if you look hard enough. I handle the paperwork and the calls myself mostly. It’s a one-man show for the most part, but I like it that way. You get to know people better when it’s just a small office in a flat. It takes a lot of patience to get the right person into the right role, but that is what I do to keep the lights on.
