J.L.Tour&Travels is located out in V.P.O. Mokama in the Patna district of Bihar. It’s a bit of a way from the main city, but we like being here in the village area. We’ve got two phone numbers, 09334288668 and 09934061625, and they ring pretty often with people asking about bus times or train tickets. Most of our work is helping local folks get to where they need to go, whether it’s for work or visiting family. We don't have a website with fancy buttons. Usually, someone just walks into the office or gives us a call to see if there’s a seat left on a coach. It’s a very hands-on job. We know the drivers and we know the routes. Sometimes the roads are rough, but we try to keep things on schedule as much as possible. It’s a small operation here in Mokama. We don't have a lot of employees, just a couple of us who know the travel business in this part of Bihar. We write everything down in big ledgers. It’s the way we’ve always done it. People trust us because we’ve been around for a long time and we don't try to charge more than what’s fair. If you're in the district and need to travel, you just find us at the post office area. We are usually here from early morning until late evening.
