Jitendera Telecom

Jitendera Telecom is our shop over in Dwarka Sector 10. We are specifically located at Plot No 18 in Wadhwa Plaza 3, shop number G 4. It’s a decent area and the plaza has a few other businesses too. We’ve been working out of this small unit for a while now. We handle various mobile-related tasks, like selling new SIM cards or helping people figure out why their phone is slow. The shop is quite compact, so we have to be careful with how we arrange the shelves. Most people in Sector 10 know Wadhwa Plaza, so finding G 4 isn't too hard. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just sit here and wait for people to come in with their problems. Sometimes it’s a simple fix, other times we have to keep the phone for a day or two. We try to be clear about how long things will take. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a stool or two if you want to stay while we work. The plaza gets a fair amount of foot traffic, especially on weekends. We see a lot of students and families who live in the apartments around here. We’ve got all the usual cables, covers, and batteries that people look for. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to do a decent job for everyone who walks through the door at Plot No 18. We like being part of the Dwarka community.
