We are over at Wadhwa Plaza, specifically G 4, in Dwarka Sector 10. It’s a decent spot, though the parking can be a real headache some afternoons. I started this shop because I’ve always been good with gadgets and figured I might as well make a living out of it. We do a lot of screen replacements and battery swaps here. People come in from all over Dwarka when their phones start acting up. The plaza stays pretty active, so there is always someone popping in to ask a question or buy a cheap charger. I don’t try to sell people stuff they don’t need. If a phone is too old to bother fixing, I’ll tell them. It doesn’t make sense to waste their money. We have some cases and covers on the walls, mostly the practical ones that actually protect the phone. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit cramped if three or four people are waiting at once. My assistant, Rahul, handles the recharges while I focus on the soldering and the more technical bits. We’ve seen all kinds of phones come through here, from the really old button ones to the newest models. Dwarka Sector 10 is a good place to work, even if the rent keeps going up. We just keep our heads down and do the repairs. That’s about all there is to it at Jitender Telecom in Wadhwa Plaza.
