You can find us at D-28 in the Pariyavaran Complex, right over near Neb Sarai in the Saket area. We run a travel agency, so most of our time is spent looking at different flight schedules and trying to book hotels for people going on trips. The office is a small, practical space that is usually filled with stacks of old itineraries and various brochures. Saket is a very busy part of South Delhi, but the Pariyavaran Complex is a bit tucked away, so it is not as crazy as being right in the middle of the main market. We handle all kinds of travel requests, from quick local trips to complicated international flights. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flight getting canceled or a hotel booking not showing up, and that is when we have to spend hours on the phone trying to get it sorted out for our clients. It is not always an easy job, but we have been doing this for a long time now. We do not have a big, fancy headquarters or anything like that. It is just a simple place where we can talk to people and help them plan their holidays or business trips. The neighborhood has a lot of other small businesses, and we have gotten to know the people nearby. We just open up every morning and wait for the next person to walk in.
