Jetways Travels Pvt Ltd

We are up on the first floor at H-1/6 in Malviya Nagar. Jetways Travels Pvt Ltd has been based in this part of New Delhi for quite a while now. Being on the first floor means we see a lot of what's happening on the street below. Malviya Nagar is always moving, always noisy. We've got our desks set up and we spend most of the day dealing with tickets and itineraries. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking on the phone to airlines. Sometimes the bookings are easy, and sometimes they are a real headache. We don't have a big sign out front, just the office here. It’s a small team. We’ve worked together for years, so we know how each other likes their coffee. We handle trips for people going near and far. It’s funny how everyone wants to go to the same five places during the summer. We try to give them honest advice about what’s worth the money and what isn't. We aren't some big corporate chain with a call center. When you call, you just get one of us in the office. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the folders and papers everywhere. But we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people get where they're going. We enjoy the work even when the phone doesn't stop ringing.
