You can find us at 3008/1, Street No. 16 in Ranjeet Nagar. We’re right over in the South Patel Nagar area of New Delhi. Being in the travel business means our office is usually full of maps, old brochures, and people typing away on keyboards. It’s a small place, really, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the travel documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to airlines and looking up train schedules for people who want to go somewhere else. It’s funny because we stay in the same spot while helping everyone else move around the world. The street outside is usually very noisy with scooters and people, which is just part of living and working in this part of Delhi. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we’re just a local team that knows the travel industry pretty well. Sometimes a customer comes in wanting a really complicated trip, and we all have to huddle around a single monitor to figure out the best way to get them there. It’s a lot of logistical work and double-checking dates. We don't use fancy slogans or marketing talk here. We just try to get the tickets booked and the itineraries right so people don't get stuck at an airport. Some of us have worked here for a long time, so we’ve seen how travel has changed since the old days. We just keep doing what we do from our little corner on Street 16.
