Our office is located at Rzc-15/9A on Gurudwara Road in Mahavir Enclave, Palam, New Delhi. This is the place associated with the family of Sh. Bachi Ram Kandpal. It’s a busy spot right on the road, so there is always a lot of noise and activity outside for Jetsave India Tours Pvt. Ltd. The building is a bit older, and we are tucked into one of the floors with our desks and equipment. We have travel maps pinned to the walls and stacks of files on almost every surface. It’s a bit of a crowded space, especially when we have a few people visiting at the same time. The ceiling fans work hard to keep the air moving, especially during the hot Delhi summers. We have a small water cooler in the corner that we all rely on. It’s a very down-to-earth environment where we focus on getting things done. We don't have a big reception desk or any fancy decorations. It's just a place where we sit and handle travel arrangements all day. Being near the Gurudwara means the area has a lot of soul and there’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been in this part of Palam for a long time now. The street is full of shops and other small businesses, so it feels very lively. Sometimes we grab a quick bite from the vendors outside. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but it’s a good place for us to be based. It feels like a real part of the city.
