Jetlite

We set up shop here at 19-A Begampur a while back. It’s a small place in New Delhi. People around here know us as Jetlite. It’s mostly about handling the daily tasks that come with being in the travel industry. The office is tucked away, but it’s easy to find if you know the area. We don’t have a massive team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. New Delhi is a big city, but Begampur feels more like a community where everyone knows each other. We get a lot of regular customers who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we keep the office open as much as we can. We deal with various travel requests throughout the day. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us busy and the days go by fast. We have a couple of old computers and some files stacked up on the corner desk. It’s a practical workspace and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be fancy or look like those big offices downtown. We just do what needs to be done. Most days are pretty standard, answering questions and sorting out schedules on the phone. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and working through the morning pile of papers. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. It’s become a part of our daily routine.
