Jetlite

We’re over at Samaj Kalyan Apts in Vikas Puri. It’s number 50. Most people around here just know it as the apartments near the main road. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular spot where we handle the daily work for Jetlite. New Delhi-18 can get pretty crowded during the day, so getting here usually takes some time if you’re coming from across town. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at schedules. It gets noisy sometimes with the neighbors and the traffic outside, but we manage. People stop by sometimes to ask questions, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork to get through before the day ends. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how things go around here. We usually just grab tea from the stall nearby and wait it out. It's a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There's always something to fix or a call to return. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. We just talk across the room. It’s practical. It works for us. We are just trying to keep everything moving without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
