Jetlite (India) Ltd.

Jetlite operates from this office on Sarai Road in Saket, Karnataka. It might seem like a quiet spot compared to some of the bigger hubs, but we stay quite occupied. The building itself is pretty basic, just a standard concrete structure that keeps the rain out. We handle a lot of the backend stuff for the airline from here. There are a few rows of computers where people sit and check on flight statuses or deal with passenger queries that come in through the system. It isn't very glamorous work, mostly just inputting data and making sure the logs are updated. We have a small break area where the fridge is always a bit too full of everyone’s lunch boxes. The road outside is usually calm, except for when the local school lets out and the traffic picks up for an hour. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people in the neighborhood probably don’t even realize what we do inside. We just come in, sign the register, and get to work. The carpets are a bit worn down in the spots where the chairs roll back and forth. Every now and then, the management sends down some new forms or rules we have to follow, and we spend the morning figuring those out. It’s a regular job with regular people, and we just try to keep the airline things moving along smoothly from our little corner here.
