Jetlite (India) Ltd.

We operate out of Flat No: 239, tucked away in Pocket: 1, Phase: 2 of Sector: 14, Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on a main highway. Our office is basically a flat where we handle all the Jetlite business. There’s usually a few of us inside, sitting around tables with our laptops and a lot of logbooks. We spend most of the morning answering calls and checking schedules. Dealing with travel and planes means things change fast, so we’re always updating something on a screen. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files delivered, but we make it work. Dwarka is a big place, and being in Sector 14 makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. We don’t have any big flashy signs out front, just the address and our team working inside. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right for the flights and the passengers. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing for hours. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a group of people in an apartment in New Delhi keeping the business moving along. It’s practical work and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
