Our office is located in the DDA MIG Flats in Sarai Khalil, which is right in the Sadar Bazar area of Delhi. If you’ve ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know it’s one of the most crowded and energetic places in the city. Working out of D-5/12 means we’re right in the middle of all that noise and movement. It’s a residential flat converted into a workspace for the airline's needs. We don't have the luxury of a quiet airport terminal here; instead, we have the sounds of the market and people going about their daily lives. We spend our time managing flight schedules and coordinating with ground staff from this small apartment. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and computers, but we’ve made it work for us. We often have to navigate through narrow streets just to get to the office, but that’s just part of the routine. We focus on the details of the aviation business without any of the usual corporate fluff. There’s a lot of coffee, a lot of phone calls, and quite a few late nights when things get busy. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just need a place where we can concentrate on the logistics of keeping planes in the air. It’s a strange contrast, thinking about high-tech aircraft while sitting in a traditional Delhi neighborhood, but it keeps us grounded and focused on what’s important.
