Jetlite (I)Ltd

We are based out in Pachgaon at Vp&P. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, which gives our location a different feel. Jetlite (I)Ltd has been part of this area for a while. The surroundings are more open than what you find in Delhi or Gurgaon. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s a functional building where we handle the administrative side of things. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, and most of that happens through emails and phone calls. The team here is pretty tight-knit because we’re a bit isolated. We all know each other’s names and usually know who’s having a good day or a bad one. Lunch involves someone going out to get food or sharing what we brought from home. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, except for the occasional truck passing by. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and motivational posters. We just have our tasks and we get on with them. The walk from where we park to the front door is the same every morning. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are logistical hurdles to clear. We just take things as they come and try to keep the paperwork moving without making mistakes. It’s a steady pace of work in a place that feels a bit more relaxed than the usual urban rush.
